I had destroyed my shoulder a year ago roughly. I had to have an emergency surgery but it didn’t really relieve the pain. So after every thing had time to heal we have a second surgery absolute perfection no pain all hardware is gone never needed a pain pill when I got out of hospital and came home thank you so much dr. Matt Binkley and team!

I have had 3 rotator cuff surgeries with Dr. Geoffrey Bernas and spent many rehab hours at the Physical therapy center at UB with Frank and it has been the best experience ever! The facilities are very clean and all the doctors are so friendly and knowledgeable and I have not had any pain from any surgery which were all quite extensive! If you need your shoulder done I recommend UB! Also, after 6 weeks post surgery I have nearly invisible scars! Thank you UB and Dr Bernas!

On my first visit I found out so much information. I am waiting for the results from
MRI. The Doctor (Dr Bentley) seems young, but smart. We shall see what he has to say about fixing my problem. So far, so good, I like this place & the Doctors.

Plenty of other orthopedic surgeons in the area. After a year of treatment and failed, painful surgery, I'm worse than I was before I started to go there. Looking now for another specialist. Poor communication from doctors and therapists and other specialists they send you to.

Office staff is rude. They are awful in completing paperwork, and it cost you $5.00 cash only to get it done. When you do get it it incomplete and wrong. Took 4 phone call to get surgery scheduled after I never receive a call from them in a week, I was suppose to receive the call within 2 days

The southwestern location is HORRIBLE..and by the sounds of it...it seems all the locations are. The "Drs" at this location are clueless. They will misdiagnose you over and over then try and cover up each other's mistakes. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to go. You will save yourself a lot of headaches, pain, unneccessary treatments and surgeries!

Drs are great but the office help is something else. They all walk around angry and not willing to help anyone asking them to fill out paper work so you can get paid for comp is unheard of because they say its not their job. Then what the hell are you there for

The whole experience was terrible. Everyone we came across was angry and had an attitude not to mention they had to remove and put on a second cast after the first one was done incorrectly. Go elsewhere unless you enjoy dealing with miserable people who have a terrible attitude.
