this guy running this business is a real jerk, especially on the phone. He is very rude and unpleasant.

I am a property owner who lives out of state and I had been working with another HVAC company trying to get my furnace fixed for months at my rental property. After ten days of not hearing back from the technician, for whom I left a message after the initial assessment, I decided to try and find another company to work with. The reason I picked American HVAC was because of all the positive reviews they had on Google. They definitely lived up to what people were saying online and surpassed my expectations. I left a message for Steve, whom I believe is the owner, and he called me back within ten minutes. I spoke with him on a Tuesday morning and by Friday that same week, a new furnace and air conditioning unit were installed in my rental property. He had successfully coordinated a time with the renter to assess the damage, called me promptly each step of the way discussing my options and giving me good information about the system, how it worked and what was needed. I did not feel like he tried to sell me on anything. His pricing for the new furnace and ac unit as well as the labor was better than I could have hoped for, even with me opting for something mid-range and not just going the cheapest I could go. Customer service, equipment pricing, and labor were of the highest quality. I wish I could find more people like Steve and his company when looking for people to do home repairs. I would definitely recommend American HVAC to anyone needing this type of service in their home.
