Oh my Gawd you guys are a rip off with your rental gear!! People that rent instruments obviously dont want to buy them so quit tricking them into buying them. You make me want to puke

First off, I have never dealt with such rude incompetent people!!!! Also, the worst...I repeat THE WORST customer service I have ever encountered. The manager was even extremely rude. They will not return or exchange merchandise. Their computer system is archaic and they keep poor records. Do not buy ANYTHING here! You are better off buying sheet music online (cheaper) and instruments elsewhere. I have never been treated so poorly than at this establishment. Steer clear of this business. There is a reason why it is always empty.

I bought a new guitar this morning. When I was putting new strings on it this evening, I noticed that the varnish on one edge was flaking off. When I took it back to exchange (the same day I bought it), they refused to exchange it for me, all the while insinuating that it was my fault that the guitar was "damaged". I'm having to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get this resolved.
