      After renting a unit for a year we were surprised when we moved out. All of our items were covered in rat feces and urine. There was a 10 inch decomposing rat under our furniture as well as a 4-5 inch mouse that was living in our mattresses. All of our items, from a 4 bedroom house are ruined and management does not want to replace items or refund our rent that we have already paid. This company is not taking responsibility for actions that they could have prevented. I recommend that everyone stay away from Compass Self Storage. Signed, $2,500 in rent and $5,000 loss in furniture
