Nicole was born and raised in Brooklyn New York. She moved to Florida in 2010 for more opportunities and relaxation. She noticed the real estate drop and new there would be a lot of potential for investors to jump in. This is exactly what has happen, which has caused rental prices to spike, and the need for management to mediate! With Nicole's expertise from other fields in her past, owners can predict on higher rents, then if they were personally managing them, as well as better quality tenants. Concrete Properties has a 0% eviction rate, and GUARANTEES a tenant for the first year, or we will re rent it at no extra charge to you! Being a preferred vendor, allows us to receive top quality work, at the best rate, for our owners. All our vendors understand, we will check their work before payment (in most cases), some cases require a deposit for larger jobs.
