      Dave has worked for RE/MAX Assured in the Orlando area as a licensed real estate agent (Realtor) for the past four years (4 years as a mortgage broker, 8 years total in industry). He has achieved Executive Club status with RE/MAX each of the last two years (2011,2012). His relaxed, yet no-nonsense approach to his craft gives buyers and sellers alike a sense of ease when working with him. He is very thorough and skilled as both a buyers and sellers agent. One of his main focuses within residential real estate is short sale facilitation. In the past year, he, along with his team have successfully facilitated and closed over 200 short sale listings. Dave also recently earned the designation of Certified Distressed Property Expert. In addition, Dave is partnered with a law office specializing in short sales and foreclosure defense. In his spare time, Dave has been passionate about transforming Orlando into a community full of mentors for kids. In addition to assisting others find the right mentor placement, Dave takes time each week to be a mentor himself. As a Preschool Ambassador, he has the opportunity to read books to a preschool. Its the most gratifying thing I do each week. He has also mentored extensively through Orlando Cares in the COMPACT program, Childrens Home Society of Florida, and taught golf at the Boys and Girls Club.
