Greeted by friendly staff her name is Bibi. She answered all my questions, I also like the lifetime warranty on paint job... she put my mind at ease telling me they will take good care of my Acadia. I especially want to thank Raphael for doing such a great job on some paintwork on my 2017 GMC ACADIA hood. THANK YOU RAPHAEL!!! I will highly recommend you to all my family and friends.

My recommendation is to not use this collision shop unless you have no need for your car for a very long time. I recently had a rear end collision on January 21, 2014, and took my car to Maitland collision the following day. On that day, I requested from my estimator that he call me periodically with an update on the progress. That never happened, so I started calling every Friday. On each occasion, I felt like he was annoyed by my inquiry. Never was there any explanation for the slow service. One day, my estimator was not in the office when I called, but I was told he would be back shortly, so I requested a call back, which I never received. Another time, my call was disconnected by a customer service rep. I finally received my car back on March 7th, 6 weeks and 2 days after they received it. The collision work is fine, but the delay in service and customer service makes me unable to recommend this facility.

I took my car to this place 1 week before the new owner took over. I didn't like the service at first, but the new people really pulled it together. They did a awesome job on my car. I couldn't be happier!! The people in the office were great! I will go back and tell my friends.
