I had to have an MRI today. I am severely claustrophobic. Erica and Claudette were amazing! As soon as I walked in I was greeted in such a friendly manner. The machine was not invasive and Claudette made sure I was comfortable before she started taking the images.,Erica checked on me after the procedure. Highly recommend this place. Thank you ladies!

OMG, AWESOME, this place is the greatest. I have never been able to do an MRI because of my claustrophobia and over the years I've walked out on many. After being here I just wonder why anyone goes anywhere else. I dealt with a total of 4 people there from the initial phone call to 3 in the office and all were helpful, friendly, reassuring and understanding. I'm not afraid to go here for anything. I arrived over an hour early and they took me ahead of schedule. I would wait any length of time for the right MRI machine and staff. Such a relief. Thank you.

I have had several MRIs with Stand Up MRI. Always professional and patient oriented. They keep my prior images on file and always compare the new images with old - at no extra charge! The doctors always receive the report in a timely manner & you walk out with a CD in your hand. It's great to be able to watch TV, while being scanned. And when I couldn't pay my bill in full, they were kind enough to let me pay over a few months.

Practices are run well, but wait until you get a bill.....Their billing staff is rude and unprofessional. Their billing system sends erroneous billing statements and when you try to resolve them the talk about the patients when they think you are on mute. There are other options in Orlando for MRI services - I would put Stand-Up MRI at the bottom of your list and pick a more professional organization that respects and treat patients with care and dignity.

I have been through the medical system constantly for the past ten years. The Stand-Up MRI was great. I am claustrophobic and this was a breeze! The technician was a wonder caring lady. I drove an hour and a half from Cocoa Beach to have the MRI. It was well worth the trip!
