I have never written a review for any of the Oshkosh Restaurants my husband and I frequent. I made the reservation for 1 PM to avoid the lunch crowd. The wait time for our reserved table was 1/2 hour, they had to clean the table off! Once we were seated we never saw a waitress, to get any waitress to wait on you, much less another 15 minutes later you have to find your waitress, and then she states I'll be right there. Another 15 minutes later you go to the front desk hostess to get help. No need to go there. When our waitress finally shows up for our little table of 7 guests, she was rude, rude, rude. We found out she was rude to other guests at other tables, they came up to us and told us this. We received our ordered food in record time, which was excellent. We were the only ones left to order any food. Problem, overbooking maybe or understaffed or just plain bad staff.



The Roxy is supposed to be the best restaurant in town. What happened to the service to your guests.

I have enjoyed many meals at the Roxy, however today I called to order some soup.... It seemed the young lady whom was in charge of answering the phone was incapable of finding her chipper side! She was rude, not at all knowledgeable of her work atmosphere! I do have to say I decided not to order take out from the Roxy. We ended up getting dinner from a place that had provided good customer service. I do hope she holds off on her attitude until she is off the clock!

Our food was excellent, I ordered the prime rib and it was the best i have had in a long time. The service was good. Will definately go back!
