Just ordered an arrangement through this store...it was my first time using them. Good thing I didn't read some of the reviews. I was VERY happy with my purchase! Flowers arrived right on time, and they were better than what was pictured. My friend (who was in the hospital) said the arrangement really cheered her up! So I was VERY glad I chose this store. Have found a flower place I can depend on! Will be a returning customer. 5 stars!!! Great service and wonderful product.

I also wish I could give this place 0 stars. I ordered through Teleflora and the arrangement that arrived was not even close to what was ordered. Linda, the manager, called my daughter and told her she was going to pick up the arrangement and when she was told no one was going to be home that day, she hung up on her. When my daughter called back, she did not answer. Nor did she call her back. I called Linda myself to ask her about this conversation and she became hostile and angry and spoke over me. I told her I did not appreciate her tone with me, a customer. She said she did not appreciate being told she hung up on someone! She was argumentative and condescending and so unprofessional. She did not apologize or try to make it right. I could not believe the poor customer service and the idiotic attitude from a "manager". Beware of this shop.

I always get my flowers from this floral shop and they give me the best service, the other night they were closed and I drove up as the manager was backing out of her parking space and she stopped and took me back into the store and I purchased flowers, wow you dont see that customer service all over the place. We had them do our wedding flowers 2 years ago which were wonderful and reasonable and since then we have had friends who had their weddings and they have also gotten great deals . We will continue to come back to flowers in the country.......We also love the cat Lacey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
