We called Aptive for an "extra" visit re. a wasp problem. Danzel Campbell, the technician, arrived promptly, listened/followed me around as I pointed out the problem areas. He treated the entire outside area and removed several wasp nests. He gave me an update before he left. Very polite and professional.

Julio Hernandez did an excellent job explaining exactly what he was going to be doing, and how their service was environmentally friendly. He was very friendly and helpful.

The Aptive man who came to my house was super. He went around the entire house, including my deck, and took care of several wasp nests up high. Then he volunteered to come in and treat the basement if I wanted him to. I agreed and he treated the entire basement. He was courteous, affable, and very professional.
