Koons' service is the best. They don't stop till everything is done to your satisfaction. Then they go a step further with washing and vacuuming the car. Great car prices and super service. Lee Ferguson is the best.

I had a bad experience in the service department. After having service work and a detail performed my car was damaged. The dealer is pointing the finger to the detailer who is a subcontractor, the subcontractor is pointing the finger back at the dealer because he wasnt informed in a timly manner. I am stuck in the middle with no resolution.
