I recently tried National Storage Centers but wasn't sure of what to expect. I thought there must be something wrong with the place because their prices were so good. Their customer service skills exceeded my expectations. The units are VERY clean and I felt safe. The fact that they give you a free truck, lock and they didnt charge me any deposit really won me over. I know I made a great choice

They were helpful in advising how much space to get and there was no sales pressure to get a bigger, more expensive unit.The security seemed great.When I was unloading stuff from my unit a guy came up and politely asked who I was to make sure I was the person leasing the unit. On a final note, they also helped me maneuver a big moving truck when loading or unloading.

Couldn't ask for a more courteous staff. A pleasant change from my last storage experience at a different company. Free use of the moving truck and even a free lock! Can't beat it.

its a great feeling to know you are getting your money's worth especially in this poor economic time. Great staff. Clean and secure building. Very knowledgeable staff. Free move-in truck no depoist and a free lock was a great incentive to rent from this place.
