I cannot rate the doctor or the practice, as I didn't get past the front office staff. I refused to give them my social security number on their forms, and they said the doctor would not see me without it. I asked for their written policy on it and they stated it was their right not to give it to me. If I did not trust them with it then I should not trust the doctor with seeing me. I said it's my right not to give you the SS number, to which they replied that I then needed to see someone else. It's too bad, I've read good reviews for the doctor and the practice. Thus I walked out. My wife cancelled my son's upcoming appointment and she will not schedule them for her, thus they lost three patients. I've had my identity stolen and thus I am leery in providing my SS #.
Wow what an awesome place. Dr Jackson and his staff are very attentive and caring. My first visit I called last minute and they were able to see me that same day. I love this place and will happily recommend them to everyone.
Dr. Jackson is truly one of a kind. A doctor who takes the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of your questions, makes you feel comfortable, and has a great sense of humor. The office was so clean, beautifully maintained aquarium, decorated so nicely, all the staff was very friendly and helpful. We wish every doctor's office could be like this!! Judy & Tim Ryder

My favorite doctor who has earned my respect and admiration for providing excellent care dispensed with genuine compassion and care. Members of the staff are friendly, courteous, and conscientious. It's actually a pleasant experience to be treated by Dr. Jackson.

I was under Dr. Jackson's care for just over a year. His treatment was extremely thorough - lots of tests for me, but great peace of mind that everything was checked out like it should be. He always took the time to clearly explain test results along with the next steps. Dr. Jackson and his staff were always friendly and professional and I was very happy with my experience.

Dr Jackson is an outstanding physician who takes the time to listen to my concerns and then diagnose the situation. His office staff is also outstanding. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

Dr.Jackson is a caring, soft spoken doctor who takes his time explaining his diagnosis in language you understand. His office is immaculate and he has a great staff. I would recommend him anytime.

The staff is really nice and Dr. Jackson is great, he was able to find my problem in a quickly way and gave me instructions right away, it was a pleasure to see him, I take my daughter to see him too and she felt really comfortable and at ease with Dr. Jackson treatment.

Dr Jackson has provided me with various treatments and options along with a very good explanation of what the various treatments will do. He will do surgery for sinus problems, but prefers to treat the problem medically, which is what I was looking for.

I have been a patient if Dr. Jackson for several years and have been receiving allergy injections for a while. I wanted to recognize Dr. Jackson's allergy shot nurses Massi and Leanne. They are very professional, caring, knowledgeable and friendly. Anytime I have needed anything done they make it happen. I would highly recommend Dr. Jackson to my friends and family.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jackson for many years and have always found him to be most pleasant and helpful as well as professional and proficient. I have regular appointments for ongoing check-ups due to the radical mastoidectomy he was required to do on my right ear several years ago. Dr. Jackson always answers any questions I have and explains procedures, etc., in a way I can understand. In my opinion he is the best ENT doctor/surgeon and a gentleman. Dr. Jackson's staff are also most helpful, polite and pleasant.
