Licensed and Insured, USCG Masters License for Vessels up to 100 Tons, Captain Dave is a member of the Florida Guides Association, Possesses a Homeland Security Clearance, First Aid Certified Member of the National Association of Charter Boat Operators, The Captain and crew Operate Drug Free Vessels that are in Full compliance with Random Drug Testing As Per Regulations (46 CFR Part 16 and 49 CFR Part 40. The Captain is an Ordained Minister able to Perform Weddings and Renew Wedding vows. In addition, he is also experienced and able to perform dignified and respectful burials at sea for cremated loved ones.
