      I am a licensed clinical psychologist, trained to provide you with guidance and support as you address and resolve the challenges in your life – whether you seek to reduce troubling symptoms, improve your relationships, find balance in your life or better accomplish your professional or personal goals. Working collaboratively with you, I will create a treatment plan that is uniquely designed to effectively address your specific challenges. I work in an integrative fashion, drawing from a variety of research-supported therapies such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy, among others. I have also had success helping people use Mindfulness, Acceptance and Assertiveness skills. My goal is to use my training and experience to help you come to new perspectives and insights. Based on these, I will help you learn new skills and ways of coping, so that you can feel better, have better relationships, and lead a more fulfilling life.
