The Manager and Co-Manager are very friendly, they take the time to explain and show all the features on each model. When a time is given to pick up a serviced vacuum, it is always ready on time. They go out of their way to make sure you get the correct product for your purpose. They don't try to over sell you or get you to buy something you don't need. When you leave this store you have just what you need, nothing more. They help you put your purchase in your car for you and always give you service with a smile:)....The store is well lighted and roomy. The carpet is always clean and the floors always look polished. They have been in the same location for over ten years, and they will always match any offer you may see on TV or the internet from their parent company. This business is a franchise and we all need to shop here so they can continue to remain in business, so getting service remains local. The guy that does the service is top notch he really knows what he's doing and I think he's been doing this type of work for over twenty years or so.
