They do smog test here really quick which I like especially if you are in a hurry and in between errands. Smog prices are reasonable but if you want them to transmit the certificate electronically, it'll be expensive. My recommendation is to do the smog and go to the AAA club in Union street to get your registration done and they'll provide the sticker/tags for you on the spot.
