I went into the Store on August 3rd at 2:15 p.m. i wanted $200.00 back from a debit card. i was told by Supervisor Ramona Villegas, who was also the cashier ; that the store did not have $200.00 . she told me to go to Wells Fargo Atm. I was the only customer in the line. I worked at the Bank for thirteen years. inorder to give good customer service, the store need to order enough money for the customers on peek days. I have lived in the area for over 46 years; when Pantry's was there. I have never experienced that type of service. She could have suggested that i come back in about 30 minutes; and she would be happy to help me. i am aware it usally takes double custody to get cash. i hope she does not treat all customers that way. unhappy long term customer.

When this market opened, it became the only full service "brand name" market in an area that serves as the gateway to Northwest Pasadena. Since that time the quality of the food, the selection of items, the cleanliness of the store - with the exception of the restroom - has been consistently good. In fact, there is a Vons located much closer to my home, but since I usually have to pass this one on the way home from work, I stop here. The market has recently undergone a mini face lift, and now highlights its floral department in a much nicer way. As well, there is a Wells Fargo mini-branch located in store, along with an ATM machine. The market is conveniently located on the corner of Fair Oaks Ave. and Orange Grove Blvd., and is easily accessible from nearby neighborhoods and the nearby 210 freeway.
