I went here in Sept 2009, and it was just terrible. I had to wait forever which I understood, because I was a walk-in and there were only two people working, but someone else came in to work, and didn't help any of the customers. Then when it came to my "manicure," it was awful, she didn't even clean under my nails and I had to ask her to even out most of my nails after she cut them at angles. Then, I only received ONE coat of nail polish after her very hasty job. The lady didn't talk to me at all while I was there and she was very hostile. The only thing she said to me was to ask if I wanted my eyebrows done, and I said yes. I asked her to not trim the sides of my eyebrows because it makes them look straight and not arched, but she waxed it anyways and now I have bars for eyebrows with no shape whatsoever. After I left, I realized that there were still hairs all under my brows that she missed. oh- And I've had my eyebrows done at least 20 times, and this was the only time that it hurt
