I purchased a year membership to massage envy 14 months ago, after 12 months the membership keeps charging you a month to month basis(they give you a courtsy call letting you know they just drafted it from your account, how sweet to notify after the fact and not tell you your account is now month to month they just try to keep booking you for more apointments). So since I already have 10 paid for that are left on my acount I went in today to cancel my membership. I was notified I have 30 days to use the remaining ten. Heres another kicker(todays June 28th, one lady said I have till 7/22 and the manager says I have till 7/23, eather way its not "30 days". They manager continues to be rude and not realise what Im telling her. So reguarless Massage envy are con artists. And I will not stop till I publish my opinion and my story on every review possiable.
