This nail salon is always filed with the most warm owners and loyal employees that I've experienced in a while. Simon, the owner, in a genuine demeanor, always makes his way to every customer from the minute you come in the door and follows up while you're being serviced. He really adds to the already great experience. The employees have been working with him for a really long time which speaks about the environment here. They are really accomodating and nice all around. The set up is up to date and they welcome Groupon which is how I came to this place about 3 years ago.

I have been going to Nails 21 for about 15yrs. now and have just about always been satisfied with the services. Simon (owner) really cares about his customers.
