We were almost stranded in Payson with little money. Your technicians were helpful, polite and respectful! I cannot say how much we appreciated their help. This isn't the first pleasant experience I've had with your company, Thank you for hiring just the right people!

Do not go to this location - the service is either very slow or in my case non-existant. I waited for 45 minutes with no service despite the bays being empty and then they took a truck in befoer me that came after me. Go somewhere else.

Today was the first time I tried the Jiffy Lube here in Payson AZ and I must admit that I am not pleased. I felt that they are way over priced, and they also tried to play off a part that they broke as a part that was broken when I brought it in. I do not feel that this is a trust worthy location, and will never bring my car back to them. I also noticed another couple that was returning with an issue to their vehicle and specifically requested a different mechanic to speak with rather than the one that worked on their car because they did not trust the previous mechanics opinion. They are going to replace the part broken, but I do not appreciate the initial lie about the part.
JIFFY LUBE HAS COST MYSELF AND MY TWO YOUNGEST CHILDREN HUNDRED OF DOLLARS. THEY ALWAYS DENY THEY WERE THE CAUSE OF THE BAD OUTCOME AFTER THE JIFFY LUBE SERVICE, EVEN THOUGH THE SERVICE DEPT. OF MAJOR CAR DEALERSHIP STATE THAT JIFFY LUBE WAS AT FAULT. WE ARE FILING A 93A CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT FOR THE STATE OF MA. JIFFY LUBE HAS LOST THREE MORE CUSTOMERS. CUSTOMERS BEWARE.
