We also provide topographic surveys, construction stake-out services and Flood Insurance Elevation Certificates. All surveying services are supervised by Thomas P. Bernardi, PLS, a licensed Massachusetts surveyor with more than 11 years of experience in the land surveying industry. ?There are many reasons why you may need the services of a licensed land surveyor in Massachusetts.
