Good location. Lab needs work. Not happy.

I would not recommend Affordable Dentures in Pell City to anyone. Their office is outdated and they run everyone through like cattle. The dentures I recieved were subpar and cracked after one week. I had moved cross country, and taking Affordable Dentures at their word to repair or replace for free in the first ninety days, I called the Pell City office and was kindly told they would fix the dentures if I would only bring them in. So I went to an Affordable Dentures in a different town. I had to pay $115.00 to "reline" a brand new set of dentures. I contacted customer service and we finally came to the agreement that if I returned the dentures to Pell City I would get a refund. I did just that and recieved a "partial" refund. Do yourself a favor and find a local independent dentist.
