OMG.. He deducted two full bathrooms and a bedroom from my house! Really?? I have had 5 appraisals done in 10 years and never once has this happened! I have a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath house with a finished basement, and he called it a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house!! What the crap is that?? How did I loose bathrooms?? Then he compared my home with crap properties that are next to a highway and manufactured and known in our area for being crap! Not even in our subdivision, when 2 houses right down street sold in past 2 months that are very comparable. Stay the hell away!!!
