Just had a marble backsplash installed and it is amazing! The design suggestions and advice from Anita Anderson, design consultant, was wonderful. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my selection. The installers, Mike and Steve Boren were terrific. Their professionalism and attention to detail led to the beautifully finished job. Many thanks to all of these great people! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

We originally went to Carpet Weavers because we are Costco members and this is who they deal with for carpet. For every thousand you spend at Carpet Weavers you get a $100 gift card from Costco. But in the end, I would go back even if it wasn't connected with Costco! The sales people were super helpful. They were willing to work with us as we had to separate the installation in different rooms. The selection of carpet was awesome. The installers were top notch. I had a great experience with this company. Was surprised about the prior negative review so had to post mine. I had three estimates prior to choosing Carpet Weavers. They had the best price and did a fantastic job of installation. We replaced our carpet to sell our house but it looks so great now we don't want to move!! Very efficient, very professional! Super Slow Response Time from Customer Service - can't get them to return a phone call in a timely manner. Show up in person if you want results.

The service here was poorly managed by one of the sales reps. If you decided to do business here be careful of who your sales rep is and make sure they don't make decisions for you.
