I have dealt with Amerigas since 1997 when I built a sub division I made an agreement with them that I would have the Apollo heat systems installed in all new homes and they would Give me he tanks. They required I hire the contractors to make all connections and to dig the holes and bury the tanks. I did all agreed to they did not sometime later I discovered that their local competitor Parker Oil was selling propane at a $1.40 less a gallon this is a significant difference so I tried to buy propane from Parker, but they required I first get a letter from Amerigas when I contacted them in person they made no effort to check with their salesman at the time to verify the agreement the rudely dismissed my inquiry. Then I went and paid them in person for my propane deliver and they sent me bills for the gas even though I had already paid them. I called their office and reminded them my account was pay as I go and they said well we don't care you owe us this money I said I didn't and was cal

If I could rate them a negative star I would! I have been calling them for a year to pick up a tank from my house for a year from previous owners and still they have NOT picked it up. They have promised several times. I'm sat the point now where I'm going to try and move it myself to the recycle place in my area and hope we don't get hurt doing it. The tank has fallen a couple of times and someone is going to get hurt. This tank needs out of my yard!!! What's the problem??!!!!
