I had a leaky gutter and Mr. Sanderson is the man to call :) Water was pouring off the roof and the gutter was pulled away from the facial board and siding. I called Steve and he repaired the whole job within 24 hours with Perfection as always. Anytime I have called him for my roof, gutters, siding etc he is very Reliable and Professional and Highly Recommended. Thank You for taking my worries away :)

Steve put a new roof on my (ancient) barn last summer. It was a dangerous job because of the weakened wooden structure; and the fact that it was over a hundred degrees outside that day. He did an excellent job, replacing just what needed replacing and never once asking me to do more than what I needed or expected. The barn has a new lease on life and I am very pleased with the work he did. He and his crew were professional and conscientious, cleaning up around the job to make it look like no one was ever there, and being polite and friendly throughout the job. I would definately hire him again.

I had a leak over my garage and I called Steve to take a look at it. He told me exactly what caused the leak and potential future problems due to builder errors. His rate was extremely reasonable compared to other quotes for the same repair. I will definitely call him again if I have anymore roof problems.
