I needed to drive my elderly neighbor home from the hospital and his vehicle which was at the hospital as well. I called Steve’s Taxi around 3:00 PM and got voice mail. I left my name, address and phone number. One hour later and did not hear anything, so I tried calling again. A man answered and was not pleasant to talk to. He said it would be about an hour. I needed the ride and said OK. Guess what, no car, no driver and not even a curtesy call back. The worst service ever. Never depend on this company to call back or pick you up. Use anything other than Steve’s Taxi in Petersburg, VA.

He is the consummate professional. Always timely and pleasant. I always utilize his service when in Petersburg.

We were at the Petersburg Train station, thinking we had a short walk to our destination. When we learned that we were more than 3 miles from destination, the train attendant called Steve who arrived within minutes. He took us to where we needed to go, and then picked us up the next day to return us to the train station. We were very pleased with his service. He's congenial and knows a lot about the history of the area. When we return, we will certainly use his service. Also, his service would be great, just to take a tour of the area.

I found this cab by accident and I love it very clean!! And the driver is very polite!! And very prompt!
