I'm a USAF VET and they refused to honor my military discount, Then they refused to drop the load close to my house, I was so mad that the driver called me a infadel, and then took my pod back to the warehouse and made me have to come unload it in their parking lot in a u haul. They all came out laughed and watched this Service connected disable VET and his family, unload and repack. I told them to leave me alone and go away or they would be trouble, and they called the cops to come an watch me . They even charged me for the delivery and I had to go to small claims court to get my money back. I called and complained to Corporate and Corporate told me that they are a franchise pods dealer and there was nothing they could do. Then Corporate hung up and left me stranded.
