This is one of the worst Nursing and Rehabilitation Centers that I've ever been in. It is very dangerous. There is no preventive maintenance or safely procedures preformed monthly or annually. The call buttons do not work. The door lights do not light to notify staff of emergencies. The patient floors are often wet. A lot of times the whole floor smells like human waste. The staff is uncaring people who spend much of their time smoking and socializing with each other. The staff takes personal items and cigarettes from residence. Many of the patience do not go to therapy or is seen be a doctor on a regular basis. They do not respect your wishes or the residences. They are not professional. They do not return phone calls. The food is often cold and do not go together well, like cold peas and a PB&J sandwich. They are so skimpy that you would not know that anything was in-between the bread if not for the color of the jelly. The amount of food served at all meals would not fill a 3yr old.

I would never recommend this place to anyone . The way the residents are treated is very poorly . The food is just enough to keep you living not even maintain normal weight . I have seen many residents in need of the most simpliest things that we living on our own take for granted . Cheltenham nursing and rehabilitation home is the sadest place you can send a human . Go look around , spend a good few days and see if you could even bare to live there let alone send a loved one to live there . I have seen enough to know this place should be shut down .
