They picked up my junk car for free. Didn't have to wait all day for them. Driver was very helpful with getting my things out.

Dont know about that last reveiw but they came out promp and picked up my car with no issues. Driver was very friendley and helpfull.

The ABSOLUTE WORST!! Call anybody but these people. TOTAL LIARS!!! We gave them address where car was located and made a firm appointment and we arrived early. Sat in literally 106 degree heat waiting for them to show up. When they didn’t shown up after an hour and we called, they gave a litany of lame excuses - first saying we weren’t there when they showed up - LIE!!! Said they tried to call us - LIE!! Then after running out of lame excuses (an hour after we started calling them) said they don’t service the area we were in!! This is after we had given them the exact address hours before. They tried to say WE hadn’t told them the right address - LIE!! Guess they must have been trying to knock off early to go to Eagles home opener. Oh BTW - the company that did come to our rescue offered us DOUBLE for our car than the amount these bums did. Aside from being lied to and sitting in life threatening heat for two hours after driving an hour and a half to get there, I guess it was ultimately a win-win for everyone except for the losers at this salvage company. This company is BORN TO LOSE LIVE TO LIE.

Fast and Prompt service. I called to see how their service and was impressed with their response that i scheduled a pick up for my car the same day.

Needed to junk my beat up neon and no one wanted to come out and pick it up cause it was to smashesd up. I called Phila Junk Cars and spoke to John and he had it picked up same day.
