I took my 94 chevy caprice there. They found the problem almost immediately, ordered the part and gave me a very good price. They were also very congenial. I've already recommended them to several of my family and friends.

We were in Phila, at a family party and when we went out side my windshield was broken. Not being from the area, we found Russells auto and glass repair. They were very nice and were quick to order my windshield. The repairman was quick, and clean he fixed everything. I have no complaints,at all . I would highly reccomend them.

They are the worse people in the world to do business with. Gave me a price quote to try to match safelite auto glass when I went to pick up my car charged me $125.more than the quote. Bent up my molding lied to me face said it was like that.The rubber and the molding is not on right cut my rubber and it leaks water in the front windshield. Molding coming off on the rear windshield cut my antenna wire for my cell phone left trash and a razor in my car.When I complained they even had a nerve to get very nasty and threaten me and my Brother. I would not advice anyone to take there car to them!! My car is a 1979 Mercedes-Benz 450 selI would not even give them one star but in I have to in order to submit this rating.
