Some grooming places are only interested in your business and not the welfare of your Pet. Not so at Spot's Spa. The focus is on the well being and comfort of the animal. I thought the prices to be very reasonable and my dogs( and Cat) always come away looking great and not stressed out at all... Plus everyone in the shop is super friendly and really loves animals!

Absolutely the best in Philly. I took my shih tzu poodle mix (Macho) to Spot's Spot on Sunday and I will never take him anywhere else. The place is small but makes up for it with its customer service. There was no dirty animal smell and it was clean. Paul was awesome in sharing information with me, we spoke as old friends. The groomer Phil said my usually nippy dog was very calm and easy to work with. Macho smelled soooo clean without the perfume smell. His hair cut was awesome. I was given recommendations that I am excited to try. To top it off, I was blown away by the super reasonable price. Awesome, Awesome, Awesome, oh by the way did I mention they are Awesome.

Excellent dog store! Don't let it's small size fool you. They carry the best brands of food, treats and everything else. They carry beautiful handmade collars and unique items you will not see elsewhere. Just go!TommyB

I normally go to Petsmart and I stopped in not expecting much from this store but was shocked at how nice it was. It's a small cute store with ALOT of stuff and the owner even special ordered some things for me!The people there are real funny and know their stuff and they have lots of nice things. Some are a little too expensive for my taste but most of the stuff is cheaper than where I normally go!I ended up bringing my dog to be groomed. The girl was honest and said she never did the specific cut I wanted but she looked it up online right there to see exactly how to do it. I was a little nervous but she did a great job.They really seem to love what they do and I will be going back from now on.

My dog, Jay Jay and I went into SPOT'S SPOT to get dog booties after the big snow storm.The very friendly staff, did grooming also, so asked if they could groom Jay Jay now. They took him right there and then! They did a great makeover on Jay Jay and he did not want to leave the store. ;-) They also gave us a treat bag, full of goodies when we left. This was a very upbeat and pleasant experience.I can't recommend SPOT'S SPOT and it's staff enough! Dog owners MUST check this place out.

Finally an authentic boutique in the city!! Stopped in on my way walking home from work and was pleasantly surprised. The customer service was great and funny too! the products were cool and unusual and nothing was overpriced. Plus they have a really cool grooming spa that the owner gave me a tour of!! Definitely a place to stop in and check out. I'm going back no questions asked!!
