The Bell Ridge Animal Hospital, Boarding & Grooming services are nothing short of excellence with compassionate & expertise care for all animals alike. The doctors and staff work extremely well together with caring for you and your pet's veterinary needs and that includes having business hours open seven days a week to see you and your pet!! Truly, you will not find better veterinary services any where else.

I was worried about my newly adopted Chihuahua's nightly cough. They got me in the next day. They were thorough and handled my nervous boy well. I also thought their prices were very fair and appreciated the well kept exam rooms. I also love that they welcome patient calls and give helpful advice to everyday problems not requiring an exam (flea medication recommendations, minor scrapes, etc.).

I can't even give this facility one star but this site is forcing me to give one. They turned a heartbreaking situation into a nightmare for me. A very beloved dog was put down and there was no compassion or care for the dog in the final moments from the staff. I wouldn't let Dr. Tang work on a cockroach I found on the street. In this line of business, I was led to believe one should have compassion, heart and animal behavior knowledge for all innocent animals. I was sadly mistaken.

I hope there is a time soon that all the wonderful moments spent together will completely outweigh in my heart his final moments, the only saving grace is I was there with all my love.

I want to respond to iamloveable. Bell Ridge is not an emergency animal hospital! And, I think it very unfair that you gave a bad review when you never stepped foot in the office. If an animal is found, they should be taken to the humane society or animal control so the owners can be found. Both organizations will treat sick or injured animals.



My animals have been patients at Bell Ridge for 12 years or more. Bell Ridge gives excellent care and can usually get you in for same day appointments. Some of my pets have needed surgery. I get excellent at home care instructions and phone calls for the doctor once home to check on my pets. They take better care of my dogs than my doctor takes care of me.

I READ IN THE GOOGLE SEARCH I DID FOR EMERGENCY ANIMAL HOSPITALS THAT TAKE PAYMENTS. I FOUND A 10 WEEK OLD PUPPY AND I ASKED THE RECEPTIONIST SHIRLEY SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT THAT SPECIFIC HOSPITAL, HER REPLY WAS TO ME THAT I NEEDED TO TAKE THE DOG TO THE HUMANE SOCIETY. EVERY QUESTION I HAD ASKED SHE HAD THE SAME REPLY. THEN TOLD ME THAT THE DOG CAN NOT BE SEEN ON PAYMENTS IT WON'T HAPPEN UNLESS DIRE EMERGENCY. IF THIS WASN'T A DIRE EMERGENCY I DON'T THINK I WOULD BE CALLING THERE TO BEGIN WITH. IN THE NEAR FUTURE DO NOT DEPEND ON THIS PLACE FOR ANY EMERGENCY ATTENTION UNLESS YOUR ANIMAL IS DEAD. I MYSELF WOULD NEVER EVER GO THERE WITH ANY ANIMAL DEAD OR ALIVE. SHE SHOULDN'T BE WORKING THERE IF SHE CAN NOT BE POLITE ON THE PHONE.
