I worked with Matthew Shapourian who tried to rip me off. He verbally quoted me a rate, then when he gave me the paperwork it had a much higher interest rate. When I asked about it, he told me to just ignore the paperwork that it doesn't mean anything. I know that the paperwork is the only thing that does mean anything. Shady dealership.

Terrible experience at cactus jacks on bell road. I bought the car and frequently had to take it back but engine light. Then took a trip and the alternator went out, which when I drive off the lot the engine light went on and AutoZone told me it was the alternator and cactus jack said no and refused to fix it.

I went to a few car lots prior to finding cactus jacks.When I got there I was approached by a very nice salesman Matthew. He explained what I needed to get the car I wanted after I approached him with questions. He was not pushy or hawking me unlike the other car lots I had been to earlier that day. I'm happy with my Chrysler 300. I have also sent friends and family to cactus jacks i can't complain!

I would not refere this place to any one if you do buy a car make sure to take it in to another service shop and get it checked out before your 15 day warranty. These people sell cars with so many problems and have very bad service. I would be careful with the service department the service manager Loyd gives out false paper work on work that has been done on the vehicle.
