Would like to say this rating is for the business but it isn't ....it is about Danielle Proctor who I am assuming owns this business. Tried to adopt a pet thru her "rescue" ....she started pm'ing me on facebook and all of a sudden she stopped....no response to a few messages asking her to please let me know what was going on. In today's society it is important and respectful to let people know what is going on and not just pretend that they don't exist by not corresponding back. Thusly I am not quite sure how upstanding she would be with grooming a pet of any sort and would she be responsible for standing by her work?

Extremely dissatisfied! I just left Claws & Paws Pet Grooming located at 5501 N. 7th Ave Phx Az and did not get to readily inspect my cat Lucky till I got home. I did see him from a far in the salon (me all the way upfront and him in back) and it looked ok. Got home and this is the aftermath of the debacle of grooming. Do not suggest taking cats here to be groomed. I am physically upset with how bad this turned out. Very sadden by this experience. Called and spoke to the groomer named Mandy and she said I could bring him back in and she could try and clean him up and make it even. Are you kidding ME!! $80.00 dollars down the drain. The groomer is also the owner. Horrible- horrible service. Stay away from here!!

Quote from their website. "Our prices are competitive, but we're not discount groomers....you get what you pay for." I over payed for my cat to receive a horrendous grooming.

I've been taking my 2 dogs to Claws & Paws for about 5 years now and have never been disappointed. Nothing has changed since Kathy retired a couple of months ago because Mandie is still there and is the new owner. Jessica is still there too and is a terrific groomer. Claws & Paws treats my dogs with loving care and I'm happy to recommend them.

After my dog is groomed here, he is gorgeous. She loves the animals and is better than any other place I have been.
