I needed a two door vehicle for medical reasons. I regretted selling one many years ago and found a similar one online here. I called to make sure it was still available, drove two hours to look at it, and bought it! Esperanza was very nice. I have terrible credit, they did in house financing for me. I was able to drive home with a new vehicle!

this place is horrible. they sell you a salvaged vehicle that gives you issues just days after you buy it and if you return it right away they keep your deposit even if you return it within the 15 days that the law allows you to. horrible

I was ripped off and overcharged. Sold a car and the clutch went out a week after purchasing. Told my husband "probably bc I didn't know how to drive it". Replaced clutch for $150 when I supposedly had warranty covering transmission (which according to them the clutch is not part of...) had paid cash for the vehicle, yet when I requested to have the title and registration for the car (which had gotten towed) they said since they were still within their initial 45 days that they hadn't done anything yet since they didn't have all the paperwork from the auction they had gotten it from.. I had to let my car sit in the impound lot since it wasn't yet registered to me.. They offered to go pick it up from the impound for me, but tried to charge me $150 for that.. This business is scummy and disgusting and every single person needs to keep away and avoid being ripped off like I was so terribly. What dishonest and bad people. How sad. Oh, and when I called about my title the receptionist or whatever she was hung up on me for swearing. I had to call back ad apologize before they would put her back on the phone. She was incredibly rude during both conversations.
