I have closed on at least 10 houses in my career. This agency is truly incompetent. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Nothing is done on time--including closing. The agent that we worked with was totally non-responsive to our needs and was caught lying about when he had sent in paperwork. Use at your own peril.
