Ed the manager is unprofessional and Unethical in his behaviors and dealings with customers. Though located in a culturally diverse area. Ed used ratially charged language/verbiage direct towards me the customer and the Emlloyees also confirmed his unacceptable behavior stating they too are victims of his ignorant bantering. Party City as a whole has chosen unethical candidates as their representation and the face of their brand.
