Provided by YP.comVery helpful and friendly staff. Was able to get what I needed when my contracted supplier would't help. Unfortunately I had to pay for my supplies, but the service and pricing was very good. Would recommend!

Provided by YP.comGreat people to deal with. Scooter pickup, repair and return in 24 hours. Well treated by driver in person and repair person by phone. I will deal with again. Very happy with treatment and cost.

Provided by YP.comNew to buying a wheelchair, I looked for some professional help rather than trying to save a few bucks over the net. The nearly 10% sales tax was nothing if I got the chair that was fitted to me. I was after service, rather than price.
I was measured and asked about options. Using the net before purchase I had some knowledge but was unsure about some choices. I think the measurement man did a good job fitting the new chair to me. I think I got a good chair, fitted to my body size.
What was delivered, to me, at the store, was the wrong color. Paperwork showed that, clearly. The fellow said the light wasn't good and maybe it was right but, HERE, sign this.
The wheels dis-connects did not engage properly, I showed him, he tried to show me how stupid I was... They were not working right. About this time I knew it was a deal gone bad. One wheel had about an 1/8" of slack axle play, the other was OK. With some of my own adjustments and alignment the Quickie Q7 works well.
Most troubling was when I first sat in the chair and tested Center Of Gravity, a most important adjustment, I knew it is was wrong for me. But, I was brushed off as a novice and no adjustments were forthcoming.
In the end I left with an un-adjusted chair that was the wrong color. My other choice was to wait 4-5 weeks for a new chair. And they knew I couldn't. So I left with the wrong color, un-balanced chair that I would have to adjust on my own. Luckily I am am able and have the tools.
Of course, I will never seek service from Southwest Medical & Rehab and will have to deal with the factory for any warranty issues. Not what I planned.
Too bad, I wanted service, got none. BTW, I got no help to my vehicle, in the rain, in my new wheelchair. Left to figure out loading into the car on my own. Nice follow through.
