Steven was the tech sent to us by way of home warranty. He was very prompt, polite and professional. He quickly and correctly diagnosed the issue and began to work on the repair. Upon completion, he went above and beyond by resetting timers, backwashing and cleaning up some of the pool mess.

Take it from an area resident - you have so many better options for pool services than this company. The owner Jason is deeply rude and unprofessional - and genuinely appears to not care about growing his business in the area or providing any semblance of customer service.

I was introduced to SunBright Pools through my warranty company. They have been to my property twice to fix my filter - both times to no effect. on 3/23/20 my filter ("fixed" by SunBright last month) literally exploded and flooded my yard.

I reached out to them directly to fix this, but was THREE DAYS out of the 30 day recall period. I asked if they would be willing to cover the $75 service fee that I would be paying for a *third* time - they refused. Jason went so far as to tell me I can find another area business to fix the shotty work that his team did.

All that to say - yes, this work was requested through a warrant company, which has its own process. But do you really want a pool service that isn't willing to make right the work they did? You deserve better than what they are willing to offer and I promise you the first time they don't fix something correctly - you will be left in the lurch.
