company was suppose to deliver Dec. 23rd, they called on the 24th to get us to get men to help put monument on gravesite but hall monuments had left within the 15 minutes that it took to get people and get to the gravesite. they returned no calls and delivered the wrong stone on the 26th without even contacting us so that we could remove the flowers instead of them damaging them, which they also did. when we did get a hold of them they just wanted to offer benches instead of giving us money back for what we did pay for, when we sent them an attorney letter they called and yelled at the widow and told her never to come on their property again. they still have not corrected the stone nor given us the foot stones or replacement vases that we also paid for. Our family was put through more grief and disrespect than I ever could imagine a company doing at such a time, I would never want another family to have to experience what we went through and are still going through 6 months later.
