Elroy Elementary School is a part of the Brentwood Borough Public School District. The school offers classes in English, science, math, language arts and social studies to students in kindergarten through grade five. Its curriculum also includes instrumental and vocal music, physical education and art. Elroy Elementary School employs a social worker, librarian, nurse, Title I specialist, psychologist, speech pathologist and subject teachers. The school operates a library that stocks a collection of storybooks, fairytales, puzzles, picture dictionaries, and quiz, fiction and nonfiction books. Its parent-teacher association organizes various fundraising events, recreational activities and parent-teacher conferences. Elroy Elementary School additionally provides special education programs for developmentally disabled students.
