I used this vendor through my water line protection service. I had a sewer line back up. RDN called within minutes of the water company being contacted. We set up a mutually agreeable time and they were there within 15 minutes of their time frame. The service person was very courteous and the sewer was unplugged quickly and efficiently. The premises was left clean, hose placed back on the garage rack, paperwork in order. In short, a professionally done job.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This company was contracted thru my Water Line Protection Insurance. RIP OFF. Called for a simple floor drain clog. Showed up, said they cleared it. Next AM sewage all over the basement. They came back to camera the drain. Said it was a clog in main discharge & they wld need to dig up my yard to fix BUT INSURANCE WOULD COVER. I was not happy to dig up my yard, so cld in my own plumber for 2nd opinion. He walked in basement, and said it backed up bcz RDN did not plug the sludge pump back in after first time they were there. He plugged it back in, it immediately drained all the sewage from the basement. It's been over 2 months and everything is draining fine - looks like there was no clog in the main discharge, and no reason to dig up the yard. I think they heard "cha-ching" bcz it was an insurance job. Would NOT recommend.
