if i could give them negative stars i would. They lost my credit card info (more than once) then charged me a late fee when they couldn't use said cc for auto payment. i didn't recieve a phone call to give them my cc info AGAIN until after late fee was applied. after explaining to office person what was happening, all she could say was her boss was an idot, and they couldn't remove the charges. they were there all day while i was moving my stuff out of their storage unit to be stored elsewhere, and made no effort to keep me as a customer. after everything was moved out, the lady at the front desk Wanted to try to work out a deal to keep me. Too little to late. you can keep your late fee, and i'll pay someone else monthly to store my stuff. also they have a flooding issue here.
