For Over 7 Years. Jill Brooks graduated from the National College of Chiropractic. in 1996 and has been practicing in Rochester, New York, since then. Dr. Brooks has a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, all with honors. Dr. Brooks practiced as a Registered Nurse (RN) at VA hospitals for 7 years. Dr. Jill Brooks continues to update her education in the latest techniques, and information with seminars 3-4 times a year. Her techniques include diversified adjustments, Activator, Cox Flexion/Distraction (F/D), trigger point therapy, and home instructions that include exercises, ergonomics and lifestyle recommendations as well as nutritional counseling. If warranted, collaboration is done with other health care professionals, such as primary care physicians, surgeons, orthopedists, and physical therapists. Her practice is conveniently located on Monroe Avenue, Route 31, in Pittsford, across from Pittsford Plaza.
