Lifetime Health Medical Group is recognized as a Patient Centered Medical Home throughout the United States. Its location in Pittsford, N.Y., is operational under the name Perinton Health Center. The center offers services, such as urgent care, behavioral health, family/internal medicine, lab collection and mammography, to name a few. In addition it also renders minor surgery, colonoscopy, obstetrics/gynecology, dental, pediatrics, pharmacy, podiatry, radiology, sports medicine and urology services. Lifetime Health Medical Group provides primary care for about 80,000 children/adult patients in the Buffalo and Rochester areas.
