      I'm upset, they will not accept a gift certificate claiming they're under new ownership, they were near me and provided quick service, not that great!. Now I'm stuck. Not fair!

      I have had manicures & pedicures many times in the past few years. Now I'm left with an unexpired gift certificate (valid until 12/31/13 I got in Feb.) they claimed they're the new owners and will not honor my certificate. Very unhappy! I will report them...
